Here's another old school
kettlebell exercise. Not sure what he's doing here but he claims it's a
kettlebell forearm exercise. It looks like an early kettlebell Halo in my opinion.

Absolutely love the WOD concept applied to KBs!! Programme design has always been one of the toughest things about starting with KBs so its awesome to have something to follow. Thanks & keep up the good work!
