completed this routine with 16 kg. in 25 minutes 10 seconds. I may have done in a different manner. I completed 25 snatches with each arm, than swings, than cleans and finished with squats with single bell in each arm. I took a two minute break and moved on to 20, 15.10 and 5. This was tough, legs were wiped out. I did recover fairly quick and went haevy with 5 sets of 5 reps with the bulldogs for high pull to basket catch with a front press, removed the squat (must be getting soft )
