11/28/07 Kettlebell Training WOD

Complete as many Kettlebell Snatches as you can in 10 Minutes.

Rest 5 minutes.

Complete as many Kettlebell Clean & Jerks as you can in 10 Minutes.

Rest 5 minutes.

Complete as many Kettlebell Swings as you can in 10 Minutes.

Eat.Sleep.Mate.

made 10 minutes ( no break ) with 16kg for the 1 arm snatch , same for swings, however I alternated between 2 hand and 1 hand. I was unable to complete 10 straight minutes for the double clean and jerk with the 16 kg. Pretty tough routine, the shoulders and foremars fatigued during the clean and jerks. Nice workout !!

Nice work. You could have set the KB down at anytime. This one calls for totals reps per period of time. Sweet work!
