How Many Long-Cycles C & Js in 20 Minutes ?


I love this type of training. The Long-Cycle Kettlebell Clean and Jerk is my favorite kettlebell exercise.

I prefer to perform it one arm at a time and take the kettlebell to the floor on each rep, just a slight touch then explode.

How many can you get in 20 minutes ?

did 10 minutes with a 24kg last night. even 100 reps, but swung it instead of touch and go. have done 16 min at this pace and still had gas left. hit 10 min with 32kg last month 7 reps/min
best exercise in my opinion too.

Thanks for sharing Doug ! I agree, this is teh best exercise in my opinion as well.

My goal is 280 in 20 minutes, touch and go. I'll keep you posted.
