Our New Kettlebell Crest Plus Todays WOD





This one should take you less than 20 minutes to complete. Break up the sets where needed but don't move onto the next drill until all the reps of each drill are complete:

50 Kettlebell Snatches per arm
50 Kettlebell Cleans per arm
50 Kettlebell Swings per arm
50 Kettlebell Jerks per arm
50 Kettlebell Push Press per arm

Just completed the workout, holy schnike! That was fun, took me about 25 minutes or so, but i'm brand new to kettlebells.

20kg for the snatches/cleans
20kg for first 30 reps of the push press
16kg for last 20 reps of push press
(i presume the 50 reps was 50 per arm)
the swings i used a 32kg kettlebell

i love the DVD by the way, already starting to try and create a month cycle for it. the dog is a nice part of it too =)

Yes, 50 reps per arm. The swings are single arm also. Outstanding work if you used the 32kg for those.

Great routine 18 minuites 41 seconds minus the jerks with 20 kg kettlebells. Great job Jason, site is informative and helpful, even found a routine that made a friend of yours struggle (Rob L )
