30 Long Cycle Clean& Jerks- 15 Right/ 15 Left

2 Weighted Pull-ups

40 Long Cycle Clean& Jerks- 20 Right/ 20 Left

50 Long Cycle Clean& Jerks- 25 Right/ 25 Left

I did this tonight w\ a 20 kg kettlebell for clean & jerk and 10 lb dumbell for the pullups. It took me awhile because I was concentrating on doing the c&j correctly. My time 26:06
