Perform as many swings as you can in 5 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat trying to reach the same number of swings as the first set. Repeat one more time.

3 sets of 5 minutes with 60 lb bells. 115, 117, 110 for reps with 3 minute breaks. Was great start for rest of workout. heart rate sky high. Thanks Jason
