OK..so adhering to Pamela's ruling that all reps per side must be completed before switching hands, it took me 2-1/2 hours to get through all 500 reps with the 32kg.
No excuses, but I did do my light Oly lift workout first and I was also coaching one of my WL athletes in between work sets...but if someone can actually do 16RPMs a minute non-stop for 30 minutes (that's the math) then they truly have the strength endurance of an android and the pain tolerance of an immortal. I paced myself but I am still freakin' wrecked. Randy Hauer
I am not an Internet Tough Guy, so I must be a weak performer:
Today's Workout: Box Squat's 135lb x 1 x 2 225lb x 1 x 2 225lb + chains x 1 x 2 275lb + chains x 12 x 2 ==> OK, not great, had not done these in a while.
Leg Press: 5 plates x 1 x 10 7 plates x 1 x 10 8 plates x 1 x 10 9 plates x 1 x 10
Adductors/Abductors: 3 x 10
Seated Leg Curls: Stack x 2 x 10
ITG/WP Cross-Fit 600: 50/50 Snatches 50/50 Cleans 50/50 Front Squats 50/50 Swings 50/50 Push Presses 50/50 Jerks ==> Finished in 38:15, not as good as some of the other -- but similar to those who pride themselves on their work capacity

what weight ?
25 minutes 8 seconds with 16 kg.
nice routine, have to attempt the 20 kg. next time
Hey Shane,
24kg is standard for men. Rob told me all about you.. you should be using a 40kg for this.
I have to admit that I lolly-gagged around with this one last week, but you crushed the length of time it took me to do this one! Nice work.
I will have to thank Rob next time I see him.
I hope he also told you about how helpful I have found your site. Thanks for the great work.
Jason,
I am working my way up. 26 minutes 31 seconds with 20 kg. Should knock out the 40 kg. by Friday than fall on the floor and die.
do you have to do 50 reps before you switch sides?
Yep.

You guys are awesome. Shane, if you try this with a 40kg you're nuts.
Used the 24kg. today, 35 minutes 25 seconds,
Jason, Does it count if it takes 4 hrs with the 40kg.?
As far as being nuts most people would agree I am.
31 minutes 26 seconds with a 12 kg.
Next time I will push myself harder and use the 16 kg.
